Learning to let things go. Forgiving others, and more importantly- yourself. Sometimes it looks like listening to a lot of Trevor Hall, journaling, reading metaphysical books, meditating, and doing a ton of yoga. Sometimes it’s a lot of crying. Accept that you did the best you could with the information you had at the time- and put down that burden you gave yourself.
